Almost 30 pounds lost, 20 more to go! Though I've not been losing much weight, the inches have kept coming off and gone from a size 14 as of 01/02/2008 to a size 10.
This body still has a very long way to go. At least it is going full steam ahead! Keeping track of my weight by charting has been SO helpful. I'd like to be able to log everything, but having trouble finding time these days. I'd rather workout than log. :P
I have to keep telling myself it's a discipline. Every day I make myself workout for 1 hour on my elliptical machine, courtesy of my husband. I keep my eyes averted from donuts (should they be around) even though they look REALLY good. For all that I've indulged in, I can withhold it until I've reached my goal. Even then, I can't go wild, else I'll end up right back where I started.
