Crap. Day started out great and slipped as it went by. Went back to my old habits and ate how I would normally eat. This is just one slip up. I won't let it happen again.

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 May 2010:

its ok, dont think of it as a step back, just not a step forward. tommorrow is another day.

Don't worry about a slip. Get back on track and keep going. Concentrate on the basics, keep logging everything that you eat, drink lots of water and try to exercise when you can. You can do this.
