Good Wednesday morning...426am...been sleeping better...sister is due back in town Thursday..she will be going to nursing home to get therapy until they think she’s able to move on her own...with my shoulder like it is...I’m not able to help her if she was to fall...

Therapy again at 10 am...next week back to 1pm..just seem to have more time to get in mood...

Gonna try and get on trainer today...I keep saying that..but been so tired last few days...to busy for me...

Weight is up again today...not sure what to think...I know what I’m eating is so much more fiber and water..an then with therapy....and the extra carbs...it’s definately making me think about changing the meal plan..

Well guess IL have some oats...flush out the system...lol...then meditate..get the day started out right...
