WHOOT WHOOT!!!

20# Loss in 1-Month!! Okay I needed another .4 loss to equal 20#s but I am Ecstatic!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Some here say it is all just water weight. I say Great! If I had 20# extra water loading me down, I needed it gone. But that is the max # I can lose per month until I hit 160# So this month max is only 15# unless I gain some.
