Woke up, pain is gone. Just an aggravated running injury from years ago. Man is it loud tho. So grateful to be pain free this morning!
One more week of vacation before I begin my new union job. Rest and floor work/sculpting day. With the IT band flare, I don’t dare run before I massage it out and detox that leg. I have the Epsom salts, just need to use them.
