It's tough to admit stuff so congratulations on your bravery! Maybe you could do small steps like only using 3/4 c in a mug of coffee and working down from there. Good luck with it.

I use heavy cream. A lot of calories but low in carbs. That of course is only helpful if you are doing the LCHF diet...

I cut my coffee milk with coconut or almond milk sometimes. It drops the calorie count a little bit

I finally managed to go black, but the half n half is always calling from the fridge.

When I drink milk it's just half cup 35 calories( calorie countdown), sometimes one cup. I prefer to start my day just with coffee "0 calories " because even black coffee has calories and I logg it 😁
