10:30PM. I had a sensible snack of popcorn (30g)

But there’s a cupboard full of Doritos and other tasty snacks calling my name.

Nighttime has always been my downfall.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
