Down two pounds! 18 more to go. I still feel a little bit off but thanks to each of you for the suggestions, it really did help! I’m going out of town this weekend. I have no problems with having indulgences here and there but my concern is I just started cutting back on the yummy sweet things and don’t want to get sucked back into that habit. Any suggestions as the suggestions so far have been super helpful! Happy Friday!

Don't jump back into the yummy sweets just yet. Processed sugar is not your friend on this journey. My advice would be to find some alternative snacks with natural sugar like fruits or even some granola with raisins or something.

Remember the "yummy" sweets, are only a lot of sugar, margarine and cream, nothing out of this world, so if you can't control eating only a bit, pass of them thinking that you eat enough of them before
