Still here. Still tracking. Life has been stressful and anxiety got me today. No worries 😉I’m glad my habits with food are Starting to change. I did not overindulge on sweets even though I was stressed. I’ve increased my protein intake and the carbohydrates I do eat are pretty healthy!
