I kicked it up a notch this weekend and ate about 1000 calories a day more than I have been for the last while. Hopefully that kick starts my metabolism. The big problem was that it is grilling season and I couldn't turn down hamburgers, hotdogs, and bratwursts!!!

I doubt tomorrow will be a happy day for me when scale time comes around but maybe it won't turn out too bad.
