So what was yesterday? Day 3 of restart and I blew it. Started out okay and once I get to the point where I'm sticking to IF, I'll be okay. If I stop eating at 3-4pm like I did the first 2 days. But late in the day I decided to make a baked potato. I already had one for lunch. A medium size potato with one pat of butter and I measured out 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese. Fine for lunch, but not again later in the day. Still hungry so I toasted 1/4 of a bagel, my typical breakfast. Just 1/4 and I ate it dry (I can do that with bagels). AND THEN, if it wasn't bad enough I had a 2nd cup of hot chocolate. A smaller cup, but still...……………………………….I just basically just doubled what I ate before 2pm. That's how I logged the baked potato. Just went in and doubled what I had entered previously. Hopefully today will be better. But I'm still having the baked potato. For breakfast today, then I think I will either take the remaining potatoes to my sister's house or just throw them away. I don't think potatoes freeze well. It's funny the things that can ruin the day of eating - didn't go get potato chips or ice cream, just ate too much of what's in the house.
