scale still not moving, so I'm completely cutting out the wine until further notice, want to start walking but staying near a train station is quite scary with the residual fear from a previous mugging😔

I had to cut out my wine too so let's see if any progress after this week. Sounds like you had a bit of a experience in the gym, if so I am sorry but to get stronger you need to conquer your fears. Go to gym and go and do a excellent workout

I found some cool workouts online and on Pinterest that use on equipment except your body weight so you can do them at home.I try to do a different one every day
