Fritzy 22's Journal, 14 August 2018

Got through yesterday, my most recent "day 1". I reset the diet information and entered a new starting weight and new goal. I just guessed at the starting weight. This morning I actually stepped on the scale and was 168.2 - my guess was 168. So I knew what had happened. I gained about 15 pounds from my low weight, somewhere back around March I think. Hopefully, I can keep on track. I'm still down about 40 pounds from where I was last August.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 August 2018:

Thanks Thsiun! I think we'll both be okay as long as we keep coming back before things really get out of hand. My history is that I'll gain everything back before getting back on track. The support on this site helps so much, and seeing so many people going through the same things as I am. Took that picture on my last trip to the coast about 3 weeks ago. It was over 100 at home, but so chilly at Ft Bragg I had to buy a jacket. Came home the day before the big fires (Mendocino Complex) started. If I hadn't left when I did, I would have had to figure out a much longer route to get home.
