The last time I weighed I came in at 164 and I feel great about the weight I've lost so far even though it's taken some time. My goal weight is 155 and then I'll reassess how I look and feel and then decide if I want to continue loosing or if I should start maintenance. But now, coworkers and people who've known me for a while are saying that I look good and I shouldn't lose more weight. I'm not feeling the support that I should from the people around me and I'm wondering if my 'body fat' is all in my head...
