For me this was really healthy, enough proteins , a lot of carbs but , no oils, rice and beans were boiled

Betanoid, thanks for the recommendation, I downloaded it last night , I like it, it does count my hours fasting 😀

Keilin the time between meals and hours fasting is my favorite feature. So at the end of the day if you say share my day it will make a collage of your meals. Just to be clear, I have nothing to do with the youate app. I just love it and I’ve been using it since July 11.
