Well, I held off the hunger demons all weekend and now I am ready for the week ahead. I have plenty to keep me busy and tonight I am having Hormel sliced turkey and gravey for a mere 110 calories. I will have to have a salad to go with it. I feel better now that I have lost a couple of pounds and realize I can still lose weight successfully. I have been on an on again, off again diet for most of the summer and my weight started creeping up on me. I don't want to go back up to 200 lbs again. Now I am on my way back down. Yippee!
