4 mangos for breakfast. I woke up at 11am this morning. I had also been up at 3:00 and 5:40 because insomnia has been in high gear for 2 weeks. Im in pain in my legs again. Why? Because Ive eaten like shit for a month. Making a decision to change today.

I have the worst time slicing the meat off the mangoes. So I wind up eating it off the pit since I give the nice slices to hubby. How do you get it off the pit? I can identify with pain. I get hip pain, if I don't exercise or eat too many purines.
