Today was busy early in the morning, waxed the wife ford flex for a little exercise and walk around the commissary for 30 minutes. Wanted to try something new so I took a 4oz chicken breast and added it to a 250 calorie Ravioli florentine marinara and it did just what it was ment to do. It fill that void with a little satisfaction. Fruit seem to be so good these days especially cherries and peaches I hope it do not hurt what I am trying to accomplish.
