I feel like a bloated walrus. I have to get to 190 and maintain.

The 190 lbs was easy to maintain. In my journey to meet a healthy BMI, I am now aiming for 180 lbs. At 5'10 I will still be considered overweight. My waist is now 31 so using the waist line and BMI, i believe I am in a healthy place considering I am packing muscle. Anyway, once I reach the 180 milestone, I will move to the final weight of 175 - 176 lbs.It truly is about how you eat.
