Recently started following my plan after totally blowing it over last years Christmas holidays. Found my weight slowly inching up again. About 2 months ago started back trying to eat better and cut out the junk food and I am coming down again. Started listening to Chef AJ and calorie density foods, makes a lot of sense and it is much easier to follow. Her book is good too!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
