So reverse my saturday and sunday. I had chinese on Saturday when i was on call but i was up for 21 hours on my feet and working! And I had only kung pao chicken, no rice! Sunday is a make up day for that cheat day. I have decided I'll still eat in moderation on call days instead of pig out like i usually do but it will be my cheat day where I can at least expand what kind of food i eat and eat a little more calories than i would normally allow myself just because I'm also burning a lot more. PS- 500 calories is nearly impossible to achieve in a day. I'm struggling to hold it down to 700-800.
