I'm not gonna lie. I would be happy If I was able to build my body to even 10% of that muscle mass. No, I'm lying... 5%, just 5% and I'm good! :)

@chrisw77 - Well at this point I am just 'conducting an experiment' :) I'm also trying to 'gain' weight. We are all on the same page as to how that is done :)

I love that idea. I think my scale is broken, because it doesn't move....but my clothes do occasionally get looser.

I also had to conduct an experiment in 2012 when I ate almost exclusively junk food and found out I was a mutant(joke), since I got into my best shape thus far. 😁

@chrisw77 - I had a bag of trail mix (450 calories - 49 carbs) that was not logged 'before' :( Logged it. About to start lifting now...
