Chris the only thing I am worried about being under 20% BF is that I don't want to lose the little butt I still have haha, so sometimes I think I should go little by little like Rosio

"Non- existent butt " sounds bad , but that is true. I am doing Jillian Michaels DVDs and she has a pretty belly but the girls that workout with her have bigger butt than her, Jillian says her genetic does not let her have bigger butt. In my family members we have all the body types, I am still discovering mine.

Totally agree with the weights. Not only does it work for fat loss but it makes you so mellow.
