Started taking small doses of B12, B6 and Thyroid meds to get some energy and not spend so much time fatigued on the sofa. Recently added an iron supplement. Feeling much more energized and don't need to nap.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
