I feel happy and energetic in general, but have gained about 10 pounds over the past two years. mostly through neglectful habits. My biggest issue is reaching for what's quick when I'm hungry and don't feel like cooking or messing up the kitchen. I'm also something of a sugar-holic (low blood sugar, also gluten sensitive). Since I live alone, there's nobody nearby to be accountable to, and I do my best with an accountability partner. Would love to meet others who might see themselves in that description and want to permanently reset our weight (and metabolism?) to a lighter, more healthful level.
