i am going to reassess my goals...losing 3 lbs. a week simply does not fit my lifestyle, and not achieving the 3 lbs is having a negative effect on my self esteem.
203.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
