This might seem really small, but my goal for this week is to track all my food. That will be my NSV. I haven’t been doing it now for almost two months.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 August 2018:

it will certainly help you with knowing what you are eating and if you want to lose weight it will help guide you in making decisions on how best you can achieve that
