Tried a new recipe tonight. Crushed up some ranch flavored croutons. I checked and the calorie comparison is the same as using regular breadcrumbs. Coated a couple of tilapia filets in them. We baked a few and fried a few in a pan w/ a dash of olive oil. Delicious AND hubby liked them too, win win!
Plus I'm sticking to this nighttime workout plan of mine. I like my body, I really do. I like the genetics I was given. I like my long torso and short, but strong muscular legs. I've even grown not to resent my less than ample bosom. It's just that body that I like is hiding under about 15 lbs that are covering it up. So exercise on I will!

I will have to try that recipe. I have been using bread crumbs and some parmesian cheese to coat my tilapia fliets. Ranch croutons sounds really tasty!
