Ok I am going to my mother in laws for the weekend so hopefully God gives me the strength to stick to my diet and exercise. I ate too much for supper not wanting to have to throw that piece of thawed chicken away. Cooked it and ate it. I don't know that I will do that again kinda feel miserable and guilty even though it was healthy, just because I over ate. BLAH! O well live and learn I suppose.

Awww...It happens. Everyone has slip ups and points where they feel quilty for eating more then they shouldve for the day. Dont be hard on yourself. I see you do desk work, do you have a yoga ball? I find when I'm doing my homework if i sit on my ball instead of a chair it really helps and is really comfy actually lol. For added effort ill cross one leg at a time on the ball and balance with the other for about 20mins then switch. :)
