On Friday, Aug. 3, I did not count anything. I had a weird night the night before where I went to bed very early - 6:15 and got back up at 11:15 and had some tea and a biscotti and something else??? Then I went back to bed until 9 or so. I burned some bacon and made a bacon-tomato sammy. Then I munched on a little more bacon. Sue came over for dinner, and we made BBQ cajun chicken. She brought a salad: red leaf lettuce, cucumber and red onion with vada's dressing. And I supplied the fresh tomatoes. We had garlic bread warmed on the BBQ. It was heaven. She brought also some very very small ice cream cone treats for dessert. I had 2-3. Don't remember. Did not finish my bottle of red wine. I don't think I was too bad on this day. Did finish off my Jordan almonds though.
