So far, I've been doing piss poor trying to keep up with my new dietary and exercise goals. Partly this is because at the same time I'm restructuring my work (I work from home) and going through issues in my marriage.
So, I've decided that to avoid causing myself problems I'm going to try to take things just a few at a time. I still plan to start the Couch to 5k program, but it'll probably be next week or the week after, once my new work plan settles in a bit and hopefully I iron out some of my other issues.
In the meantime, I'm just trying to watch my serving size and eat more vegetables. I'll "restart" when I'm ready to take it a bit more seriously.
