20 pounds to go to meet my goal weight!! 71 pounds gone in 8 months. Wee bit proud of myself today :) Thank goodness I found the Ketocalculator.com site and started using IF and fast days after reading about the advantages of them on some of my FS friends posts!! Followed up on that info online by reading everything I could online. Wish I had known and applied this info sooner!!! I actually feel I can attain that goal weight and work toward a lower goal.

I tried many other calculator sites over these past few months months and years. Calculator.net had so many things you can calculate. It was so interesting to check out each for curiosity's sake but always went back to the keto one. Mainly using the minimum requirements for the macros within the ranges supplied. My metabolism is slow, highly adaptable body, on the short side, and older makes for slower weight loss. Always have to keep the body guessing to keep the fat burning! Takes planning, diligence, patience. Can be very frustrating.
Still doing reps with hand weights (8 pounds, 10 pounds, and hand grip).

I am not trying to dissuade anyone from not doing their own WOE or diet plan. This post is just to give me a blueprint and reminder as to what I need to keep doing for me.

Yes, I am still going to enjoy eating out, family events, etc. But always trying to do moderation and picking lower carb options. Then getting back on track asap. Again and always "Life is too short to not enjoy it!!"
