Small gain, as expected. Breaking training last night has its revenge, but at least serves as reinforcement as to why I need to be strict about sticking to my carb limits. Still, it only sets me back a day or two, which isn't too bad. Onwards and downwards.
265.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 100.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I was wrong... But this is a really small gain, and you're back on track today. I'm sure it will be gone by tomorrow!

Well, as I said, I'm pretty dubious about the reality of my calorie deficits. Calories in set amounts of food are the same for everyone, but the caloric burn rates are averages at best, and everyone is different, and even changes over time. But we'll shoot for erasing that last few days today :)

Sounds like we both had the same issue yesterday :) My carbs weren't horrible, but regardless, it was more than I wanted it to be. On the other hand my sodium intake was ridiculous! I know people around me think portion control is enough but I know best what works and what doesn't for my body ( and it's definitely NOT chinese food lol)
