Well today I plan to have a better day. off to do a mywork out routine( i did two of them) and run/walk for about 20 min I have to big things coming up soon 1. is my boyfriends family reumion and I haven't seen most of his family since his grammas funeral and I was about 20lbs heavier and its less then two weeks away. 2. I have my fitness test for work and would like to do great on it, the better we do the more rewrd(money) we get. planned on having b-three egg faux french toast with two pieces of turkey sausage l- anitipasta salad two rice cakes one with p.b apple one turkey cutlet not sure about the rest I have to work 11a-11p so we will see
