I have to say that doing extreme fat smash with someone is so much easier than trying to diet alone. Right now we are doing pretty well. I have not been doing the exercise as much as I should but I am trying to do as much as I can. After my two surgeries this last year I am having a hard time being motivated and "feeling" like exercising. Going to get on the Wii and see how I do today. I have been doing the free step on the fitness plus and have been doing over 3000 a day. I think I need to up that because it seems too easy for me. Right now I am not working so I am definitely not getting the daily moving around like I should. Struggling a little with depression right now and doing what I can to stave it off too. I will do better!! Promise to self!!

I'm just getting back from being on the road for 11 days! Sucked. I did just OK eating while I was traveling. Back into the swing of things. I lost a couple pounds.
