Getting frustrated that I can't seem to break the 160 mark. Will I always have to sacrifice and not make progress!??!

Yes, losing weight and maintaining weight takes a big sacrifice. You will always have to watch what you eat. I have come to terms with it. That doesn't mean you can't indulge once and a while. You seem to be stuck at the same weight for a long time (up and down). You may need to get strict with your diet and change things up. Find a good caloric intake (maybe 1300) and try to stay at it for one week. Get in plenty of protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Avoid processed foods as much as possible. You can try eating every few hours so you don't get hungry. If you don't exercise, start. If you do, change it up. Up your duration or intensity. Intervals can really speed up the metabolism. A combo of circuit training and cardio. Lot's of great DVD's that will kick your butt at home cheap. Get in to a serious mind set and give it a week and see what happens. Many times we get slack and it show's with yo yoing on the scale. Good luck!
