I lost 4 lbs in one week of doing this. I am so happy I am actually crying!!! I really hope my persistence follows through this weekend also when we go to my mother in laws. Cuz no offense to her but I am bring, cooking and eating my own food. I want to give all my praise to God for giving me the strength and for the help with losing my weight!!!!
