I put on a pair of 18 jeans today and they fit! I am not going to work out today. I know guilt will settle in, but I am on call, I am tired and I took a Xanax. My hope for next week is to reach 232.

I am still in awe that I am just a few pounds away from 220's. I am so proud of myself, happy, and all the other feelings that go along with losing that much weight. My ultimate goal is to be in the 170s/160s by next May.

Yay! I've been wearing 48 waist jeans for forever, but still had a pair of 44s in good shape in the closet, and they've been getting closer for weeks. I'm hoping within another week or two I'll get into them without them being too tight. Fitting into old, smaller clothes is one of the best feelings going :)

You are doing great on your weight loss! Just stay committed and you will reach your goals. I am not able to fit into my old jeans yet. But, it has only been 3 weeks so I have to be patient.
