Made it up the 15 flights of steps in record time today... 8min, 11 sec... but I paid for it after. I think I have exercise induced athsma or something... whenever I over-exert I get these coughing spells that last for hours. Today I finished climbing at 9:30 and am still sporadically coughing as I write this journal entry at 11:00. I'm going to have to slow down on Friday's climb - because this is a very unpleasant feeling. I only stopped twice on today's climb. Once on the 6th floor and once on the 11th floor.
I am currently planning to the 15 flight climb 3 times on Saturday... but maybe I'll come to my senses between now and then.
I'm over-exercising this week to combat the 4 lb weight gain from last week... although when I stepped on the scale yesterday I was 3 lbs down from Sunday's weigh-in - which leads me to believe that the weigh in tht caused me so much distress was some kind of water weight gain fluke...
