Had weighed less the last couple of days but this morning this is what the scale said. Have really noticed that my clothes fit loser, but still look like a lumpy blob. Still have three rolls tho smaller are still there...like the waste roll, the hip roll and the saddlebags. Just go away. I just need to hang in there and NOT binge, cause then I'll have to feel guilty about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It takes time... and you really have to keep it in perspective. It's not easy!! Here's a little something I do occasionaly to 'open my eyes'. The next time you're at the grocery store, pick up a 20 lb bag of potatoes and think about the fact that "THAT +10lbs" is what you've lost! You bet you're clothes are fitting looser!! :) Just think of how thier gonna fit when you get rid of another 20lbs! Keep it up!! You can do it!
