Increased strength training which has slowed my weight loss however I feel continued progress in inches. I am happy. Started the diet with a 39"-40" waist today I am a 36"-37" almost a 4" drop.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
