I am so behind schedule today. I couldn't sleep last night and then I finally passed out around 4:30 am and slept through my alarm! I was late to the weigh in at the dr. office but it went ok. I only showed a 0.8 lb. loss but any loss is a loss! Plus I was running late so I opted to wear clothes that were on hand and are probably heavier than my usual weigh in outfit.
One thing that I think has been throwing me off is all the onions I have been eating. They are higher in carbs than I thought. So going to try laying off them for a while to see if that helps with the ketosis.
Today I am grateful for:
A loss on weigh in day Air conditioning, did I mention how insanely hot it is here?!? B6/B12 vitamin shots, I feel awesome right now

Eek. Still, at this point, I dream about 0.8 lb losses a day. I was getting them early on, but I'm fighting for 0.4 to 0.6 losses now. Going to push back my hoped for date of hitting my goal unless I can figure out how I need to tune my fat/protein ratio for best loss.

The trend line looks better when I only log once a week. On a daily basis, it's not so neat and tidy. I do keep track of the daily weigh ins but on a different site. What I would love is if I could find a site to keep track of me keto stick results and track that back to my food intake.

Oh, heh. Well, I'm sure I'll get to that point too. Seems like it always just gets harder and harder to take off the older pounds, they've been around so long that they fight like mad to stay 'home' :P
