It is the end of day 1 and I am proud of myself. I ate protein and drank water all day. I know it is not much, but I have to celebrate every milestone on this journey. One downside and not sure if the diet is the contributing factor, but I do have a headache.

It's the low-carb drop from previous levels. Drink something with salt (bouillon, broth) and that helps believe it or not. Get past day 5 without cheating and it suddenly gets so much better.
