Reversed my good progress. Feeling disappointed in myself. Here to start over again.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You went in reverse, but now you have hit the brakes before you gained it ALL back and are pushing forward once again. That's a MAJOR accomplishment! Bravo!
