Goal #1: 155 lbs. healthy BMI
Goal #2: 145 lbs. weight before injury
Goal #3: 135 lbs. racing weight
159.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
