Back up to my break point...supposed to be headed down. Do you think it's all the fatty food and lack of exercise????

Nope. Cause I'm basically doing very little exercise, and usually about 60-75% of my calories come from fat and I'm losing weight. I'd blame the carbs, and specifically the sugars.
