I'm ready for another pound gone, but wishin' don't make it so. I've been stuck in neutral for a week it seems. Hoping this is what maintenance will be like, but not there yet. Time to move it and lose it. 😳
163.6 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
