TGIF, FS! Cool and rainy. Nice. Roommate got told to stay home, so he is out walking the beastie girl. Then i am guessing he will go back to bed. I have t25 double up Friday. Today is ripped body circuit and core cardio. Let's hit it! Update: rm did a surprising number of his chores and "to-dos" then did go back for a well-earned nap. I super appreciate ppl's comments yesterday. They really cheered me up. I must say, i worked out like a bad mammajamma. I did double-up t-25 and then i really tore it up on helga. The skies have cleared and it s cool and breezy. Gonna walk the dog, and then have my rest day!
