Here I am again! I am nervous as all get-out! You may ask yourself why? Well, I will tell you. I had a crappy Saturday with a person I've known for a long time. No not my husband! He was innocent this time. Anyway, I liked his suggestion to get me to calm down. what was it you ask? It was to order a big, fat, Breezy's Pizza and to drink beer... which we did!! I got a big old Buzz and a stuffed belly. Did I enjoy myself? Yes I did! However today, I'm feeling guilty, anxious, and fearful of my scales tomorrow. If I've gained I'll just wrap myself in the back of the head and say, straighten up woman! and get myself right back on the road to my journey. Wish me luck and stay true to yourselves!
