So, last night at 6PM, I came off a 24h IF. I really paid close attention to the way I felt. I was aware to how my digestive system was happy, for the rest period. I felt or imagined that I had more energy. Either way, I achieved getting many projects completed during the 24h.
I quit smoking over 5 years ago and found that I had more time to do other things. Of course, I purposely kept busy so that I wouldn't cave in to my cravings back then. I suppose that could be part of achieving completion of my projects. Whatever the reason I am pleased with me, myself, I!!
Anyway, from 6PM last night to 6PM tonight is my feeding period, in moderation, of course. Then once again I'll begin another 24h IF.
I have found while I am on my OWN personal weight loss journey I must truly be true to myself. I can NOT say, "Oh one bite won't hurt" or I'll eat this amount (more than 1 serving) and jot it down as only 1 serving. I must remain faithful, honest, and truthful with MYSELF!
I read many of my Fatsecret peers post and pull much inspiration, from them. I feel the agony, frustration, discouragement, and sadness in some. I, also, feel the elation, joy, happiness, and growing self-esteem in others! All of this helps me with my own personal journey!! So, with this being said, stay true to yourself, be encouraging and inspirational not only for others, but yourself, as well!! Until next time!!
